Requesting Leasing Limit








Qualification
- - Juristic persons registered in Thailand
- - Registered and operated for at least 3 years
- - The company should not have continuous loss for 3 years or shareholders’ equity should not be negative.
- - Legal status as of the requesting date must not be bankruptcy or under litigation with financial institutions.
- - No overdue history for more than 30 days during the past 1 year
Required Documents
- - Copy of Company Certificate and Company Objectives (not over 30 days prior to the application date)
- - Copy of the Memorandum of Association (Bor Or Jor.5 / Bor Or Jor.2) and Articles of Association
- - Copy of ID Card and House Registration of the Authorized Signatory and Guarantor
- - Copy of Commercial Registration / VAT Registration (Phor Phor.20)
- - Copy of Tax payment documents (e.g., PhorPhor. 30) for the last 6 months
- - Copy of bank statement for the last 6 months
- - Audited Financial Statements, includes Notes to Financial Statements, for three consecutive years
- - Asset’s Quotation from Vendor
Terms and conditions
- - Lease Term 1-5 years
- - Finance proportion 80 - 100% of asset price (new)
- - Finance proportion 70 - 80% of asset price (used)
